It is completely the decision of the committee to reduce the sound of loudspeakers for Azaan at mosques. Ahmed Tawfiq, chairman of Jakarta's Al-Iqwan Mosque, said that reducing the volume of loudspeakers is voluntary. We want to maintain social harmony.
