The list of 27 players to be retained for IPL 2022 has been released. Chennai Super Kings has retained 4 players including captain MS Dhoni. Dhoni is the second player from Chennai to be retained. The players who will get more salary than Dhoni include Rajasthan Royals captain Sanju Samson. Samson will get Rs 14 crore from Rajasthan Royals. On the other hand, KKR has retained Andra Russell and Mumbai Indians Jasprit Bumrah for 12 crores, which is equal to Dhoni.
