University Grants Commission (UGC) has invited applications for recruitment to the posts of Senior Statistical Assistant (SSA) in Pune, Kolkata, Bangalore, Guwahati, Bhopal and Hyderabad. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the posts through online mode on or before 17 August 2020.

Senior Statistical Assistant – 11 posts
Candidates having post graduate degree in Statistics or Maths or Economics / Commerce from a recognized university and knowledge of Computer Application / Statistics are eligible to apply.
Age Limit – 35 years (Relaxation up to 5 years for Central Government employees, candidates belonging to reserved category in order/instructions from time to time by the Central Government in respect of State Government Universities, Autonomous Bodies and Age Limits)
Experience – 2 years
Pay Scale – Pay Matrix Level -06 Rs. 35,400-1,12,400 / – as general allowance admissible to Central Government servants for the same post from time to time.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination or interview.
