In Gurugram, Haryana, Union Home Minister Amit Shah participated in the 'All India Plantation Campaign' run by the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs). He also planted trees at the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) Academy, located at Kadarpur in Gurugram. Along with this, he also addressed everyone here. In his address, he said that we are standing well in the battle against Corona.

Home Minister Amit Shah said that 'All our security forces are playing a big role in India's fight against Corona. Nobody can deny it. Today, I salute the Corona warriors. They have proved that they not only know how to fight terrorism but also to fight against Corona with the help of people.'

Corona cases in the country

Coronavirus infection is spreading rapidly in the country and the record of new cases coming up is breaking every day. According to data from the Union Health Ministry, 28,637 new cases of coronavirus have been reported across the country during the last 24 hours, which is the highest number of cases came up in a single day. With the arrival of new cases, the total coronavirus cases in the country have risen to 849553. However, this figure has more number of cured people and less number of positive tested people. There are a total of 292258 active cases of coronavirus in the country so far.
