Ingredients:
Brown bread 2 slices
A pinch of salt
Butter 2 tablespoons
Chaat Masala a quarter teaspoon
Cheddar Cheese 2 Piece
For main dish:
Coriander leaves half cup
Mint leaves 1/2 cup
Green Chili 3
Cucumber 1 medium-sized
Tomato 1 small
Onion 1 small
Boiled potatoes 1 medium size
How to make Bombay Grilled Sandwich:
Step 1:
First of all prepare green chutney for this sandwich. For chutney, wash the mint and coriander leaves and chop them finely.
Step 2:
Now in a mixer, add green chillies and salt along with mint and coriander leaves and add a little water to make a smooth paste.
Step 3:
Now peel all the vegetables and cut them into thin slices. Cut the sides of the bread and apply butter to the bread and then spread the green chutney well.
Step 4:
Now place the sliced cucumber, tomato, onion, boiled potato on a slice of bread. Sprinkle salt and chaat masala on top.
Step 5:
Now place the other slices of bread on top and cut the sandwich into bite size.
Step 6:
Now pour the cheese over the sandwich and grill it for 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 7:
Your Bombay Grilled sandwich is ready. Serve it hot.
