Ingredients:
½ carrots
2 Mushrooms
¼ green bell pepper
1 tablespoon refined oil
2 cloves of garlic
2 cups chicken stock
4 tsp red chili sauce
½ cup chicken
Salt to taste
½ cabbage
2 mushroom Chinese
½ spring onion
1 tbsp ginger
1 green chili
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tsp corn starch
Black pepper as required
How to make Chicken Manchow Soup Recipe:
Step 1:
To make this healthy and tasty soup at home, first heat the oil in a pan on medium flame. When the oil is hot, add chopped onion and chopped mushrooms. Fry both these ingredients slowly for a minute. Now add chopped ginger and garlic.
Step 2:
Now mix all these ingredients well and add finely chopped capsicum, carrots, cabbage and mushrooms. Cook all these ingredients until all these ingredients are tender. Cook all these ingredients on low heat.
Step 3:
When all the vegetables are cooked, then add chicken stock along with the chicken pieces in this pan. Boil them for a minute or two and then add green chili, red chili sauce and soy sauce to it. Cook while stirring continuously on medium flame.
Step 4:
Now mix some water and corn starch in a bowl. When it is mixed, pour this mixture into the soup pan. Stir continuously until the soup is thick. Now add salt and pepper powder to it.
Step 5:
