250-gram boneless chicken
1 Cabbage
1 onion
2 tsp olive oil
1 ginger
1 capsicum
2 tsp mint leaves
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chili
2 tsp coriander leaves
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Step 1:
To make Chinese Chicken Salad, first of all, put the chicken in a cooker with salt and some water and keep it for boiling. Turn off the gas, take out the chicken and cut it into pieces.
Step 2:
Now finely chop the onion, cabbage, capsicum in a plate with the help of a knife. Now take the chicken and mix it with cumin powder and lemon juice.
Step 3:
Now heat oil by putting oil in a pan. Pour the chicken in hot oil and fry it on low flame for 2 minutes. Let it be for a while so that your salad becomes good.
Step 4:
Take out the chicken in a plate, put coriander leaves and mint leaves on all sides and decorate it over the chicken. Now add chopped capsicum, cabbage and onion to it.
Step 5:
Now sprinkle red chili and salt all over the mixture. In a short while, your delicious Chinese Chicken Salad is ready, keep it in freeze for some time and then serve.
