Ingredients:
Cottage cheese (Paneer) 200 grams
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Garam Masala 1/2 teaspoon
Water 1/2 cup
2 pinch of ground black pepper
2 pieces of ginger grated
Chili Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Tomatoes 1 finely chopped
A handful of chopped coriander leaves
Refined oil 4 tablespoons
For main dish:
Chopped onion 3
Curd 1/2 cup
How to make Handi Paneer Recipe:
Step 1:
Add oil to the handi, fry the chopped onion on medium heat, after that reduce the heat. After this, add ginger, turmeric, chili, garam masala and mix well.
Step 2:
Add finely chopped tomatoes and green chilies and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 3:
Cook half a cup of yogurt. Add half a cup of water and let it boil.
Step 4:
Add Paneer and chopped coriander and cook it till the spices dry.
Step 5:
Add black pepper and remove it from the heat. Garnish with coriander.
