On hearing the name of Pani Puri, everyone's mouth gets filled with water. There is hardly anyone who does not like Pani Puri. Girls are crazy about it but due to nationwide lockdown, it is impossible to eat Pani Puris from the road side stall. So, today we will tell you the recipe for delicious Pani Puri.

Ingredients:

1 cup semolina

1/4 tsp baking powder

Salt – as per taste

2 tsp oil

1/2 cup flour

2 potatoes

1/2 cup Chickpea gram

1 onion

Coriander leaves

1 tsp roasted cumin powder

1 tsp chaat masala

Black Salt – As per taste

1/4 tsp red chilli

1/2 cup mint leaves

3/4 cup coriander leaves

1 ginger

1 tsp tamarind

1 green chili

2 pieces good

1 tsp roasted cumin powder

1 tsp chaat masala

How to make Pani Puri recipe:

  1. To make Pani Puri, firstly take maida and semolina and add baking powder to it. Now heat some water. Keep the water lukewarm. Now add water in maida and semolina and knead it like flour.
  2. When the dough is kneaded, cover it with wet cloth for 15-20 minutes. Now keep it for a while.
  3. After some time make small dough balls. Keep in mind that the size of the balls should not be too big.
  4. Now roll these balls completely. After rolling, keep them covered with wet cloth.
  5. Put oil in a pan and heat it. Now add the puris made in it and fry them. Press it slightly. Inflate it all until its color becomes light golden.
  6. After this, prepare Pani Puri water. Thoroughly clean and wash coriander and mint. Add all the spices and grind it well in the grinder. If you want to make water spicy then keep spices spicy.
  7. Mix this prepared mixture in plain water. Pani Puri water is ready. Now add potato or gram to the made Pani Puris and eat it tastefully and feed your friends too.
