If you want to eat tandoori chicken, you can make it in the oven instead of microwave. This adds to the taste of the Tandoori Chicken.

Ingredients:

7-8 pieces chicken

1 tsp red chilli powder

3/4 tsp turmeric

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

4-5 green chillies

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp garam masala

2 tsp oil

100 gm yogurt

Salt to taste

  1. Take the chicken first and wash it thoroughly and clean it. Now cut the chicken evenly.
  2. Take a bowl, add salt, curd, ginger garlic paste, red chilli, lemon juice, garam masala, turmeric, a little oil, and mix well and add chicken pieces to it. Mix the chicken pieces well in this mixture. Keep the bowl for a while.
  3. Now keep this mixture in the microwave for 10-15 minutes so that the chicken cooks well. After cooking, add butter and put it in the microwave again for 2-3 minutes.
  4. After some time, when the chicken is cooked well, take it out. Take out the hot chicken in the plate and serve it with chaat masala and lemon. Your hot tandoori chicken is ready.
