The grilled mixed vegetable recipe will give you a totally different taste. This is very easy to make side dish. If you are bored with everyday vegetables then you can try it.

Servings: 6

Ingredients:

200 grams small carrots

2 zucchini

Salt to taste

Black pepper

Capsicum

2 Brockley

1 teaspoon virgin olive oil

300 gm potatoes

 Step 1:

Wash the vegetables with fresh water. Cut small carrots into small pieces. Cut the capsicum, zucchini and potatoes.

 Step 2:

Apply virgin olive oil to the chopped vegetables. Place these vegetables on an electric griller and keep stirring. Grill it for 15 minutes. Sprinkle water in it and add black pepper and salt as per your taste. Your grilled mixed vegetable is ready. Serve it hot.
