Most Powerful Passport: The latest list of the world's most powerful passports has been released. According to the Henley Passport Index 2024 published on Tuesday, Singapore has topped the list.

Singapore's passport is the strongest in the world, allowing its citizens to travel visa-free to 195 out of 227 destinations.

In the Henley Passport Index, India is ranked 82nd. Indian citizens can enter 58 foreign destinations visa-free. India improved its position from 84th in 2023 to 82nd this year.

On the other hand, Pakistan has performed poorly once again in the passport index. Pakistan is ranked fifth from the bottom. Out of 105 countries listed, Pakistan holds the 100th position.

Pakistani citizens can enter 33 countries visa-free. Below Pakistan in the list are Yemen, Iraq, Syria, and at the very bottom, Afghanistan.

Top 5 Countries

Following Singapore, the second position in the list of powerful passports is held by France, Germany, Italy, Japan, and Spain, all of which offer visa-free travel to 192 destinations.

The third place is occupied by Austria, Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, South Korea, and Sweden, which provide visa-free access to 191 destinations.

In fourth place, with visa-free access to 190 destinations, are Belgium, Denmark, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

The fifth place is occupied by Australia and Portugal, each offering visa-free travel to 189 destinations.
