Home Minister Amit Shah has launched the Fast Track Immigration Trusted Traveller Programme (FTI-TTP) at New Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI Airport) to expedite immigration.

This initiative will make the travel experience faster, easier, and more secure for passengers.

What is FTI-TTP?

The Fast Track Immigration Trusted Traveller Programme (FTI-TTP) is an initiative by the central government aimed at providing convenience to Indian citizens and Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholders. This system will enhance travel convenience and efficiency.

To avail of this benefit, individuals need to apply online. The application form requires all necessary information, along with biometric data (fingerprints and facial images).

After verification, the registration will be completed. Additionally, a non-refundable processing fee must be paid.

Registration Will Be Valid For 5 Years

The applicant's registration will be done after mobile OTP and email verification. The application will be rejected if any incorrect information is provided or any important facts are concealed.

Additionally, applicants whose biometrics cannot be captured for any reason will not be registered for FTI-TTP. This registration will be valid for 5 years or until the passport's validity, whichever is earlier.

A message will be sent to schedule an appointment for biometrics. This can be done at an airport or the nearest FRRO office. Biometrics are mandatory to complete the application process.

To avail of this facility, your passport must be valid for at least six months. You will also need to provide your address.

FTI-TTP Registration Fees

To avail of the FTI-TTP benefits, an Indian citizen will need to pay a fee of INR 2000, a minor Indian citizen will need to pay INR 1000, and an OCI cardholder will need to pay USD 100.

Additionally, a passport-size photo and the first and last pages of the passport will need to be uploaded.
