Union Home Minister Amit Shah is on a two-day visit to Rajasthan from today. Today he will visit Jaisalmer in Rajasthan. Here the Home Minister will spend the night with BSF personnel at Rohitash Border Post. This is the first time that a Home Minister will spend the night at the border post on the western border. On his visit, Home Minister Shah will also visit Tanot Mata temple and attend the Rising Day Parade on the foundation day of BSF as the chief guest.

Security has been tightened regarding the visit of the Home Minister and there is a high alert on the Jaisalmer border. Amit Shah will reach Jaipur after leaving Jaisalmer. Here in Sitapura, ten thousand people's representatives of BJP will be addressed. These will include MPs, MLAs, representatives of Panchayati Raj Institutions and local bodies. BJP has made grand preparations to welcome Amit Shah. During this, the famous Kalbelia dance of Rajasthan, Kachi Ghodi dance, Brij's famous Dangal, tribal area will welcome them through non-dance at various places.
In view of Shah's visit to Jaisalmer district, District Magistrate Ashish Modi has assigned responsibilities to the officials regarding various arrangements. According to the order issued by the District Magistrate, during the visit of the Union Home Minister, various responsibilities have been entrusted to the officers for the arrival and departure at the airport and necessary security and all kinds of necessary arrangements at all the excursion sites. According to the schedule, the Union Home Minister will participate in various programs of BSF.
