Terrorists are targeting innocent civilians in Kashmir. On Sunday, terrorists shot dead two laborers of Bihar in Wanpoh of Anantnag. One worker is injured in the attack. On the killing of these laborers of Bihar, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has spoken to Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on the phone and has expressed serious concern. Nitish Kumar has expressed grief over the killing of Raja Rishidev and Yogendra Rishidev living in Bihar and the injury of Chunchun Rishidev in the terrorist attack.
Nitish has announced a grant of two lakh rupees each from the Chief Minister's Relief Fund to the closest dependents of Raja Rishidev and Yogendra Rishidev, who died in this terrorist attack. Also, he has directed the officers to provide other benefits to the kin of the deceased as per rules from the schemes run by the Labor Resources Department and Social Welfare Department. The CM has wished for the speedy recovery of Chunchun Rishidev, who was injured in this terrorist attack.
Terrorists in Kashmir have been targeting innocent civilians for the past few days. Around 11 civilians have been killed in the Valley in the last 15 days. However, about 700 people have been detained for questioning in these attacks. After these attacks, the security forces have intensified their operation against the terrorists. The search operation is going on for several days to neutralize the terrorists hiding in the forest of Poonch. Several terrorists have been killed in different encounters in the last few days. Many security personnel has also lost their lives in these anti-terrorist operations.
Following the killing of two migrants, the Jammu and Kashmir Police have asked all its district chiefs to collect non-local laborers and immediately bring them to nearby security camps. Officials say the move comes after terrorists killed two laborers and seriously injured another in Kulgam in south Kashmir. In his message, Inspector General of Police (Kashmir Range) Vijay Kumar said, "All migrant laborers living in your jurisdiction should be immediately brought to the nearest police station or central paramilitary force or army installations."
