IT Raid on the Locations of ACE Group Promoter Ajay Chaudhary

Raids were carried out at the homes of Ajay Chaudhary, a close associate of Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav and a prominent NCR builder. On Tuesday morning, the IT team started extensive raids on Ajay Chaudhary's ACE Group facilities in Noida, Delhi, Agra, and other cities.
Raids by the Income Tax Department are also taking place in Baghpat, in Mahrampur village in Khekra, at Ajay Chaudhary's property. According to income tax sources, raids are taking place in Noida and Agra, as well as at the home and office of the ACE Group's owner and a few business associates of Ajay Chaudhary. The offices of all of them, some of them are exporters and others who are various dealers, are being raided.

ACE Group enterprises are promoted by Ajay Choudhary. In the business sector, he is known as Sanju Nagar. Pushpraj Jain aka Pumpi Jain, a Samajwadi Party MLC, was recently raided by the Income Tax Department. They are currently being probed after documentation of false purchases worth Rs 10 crore and bogus entries for Rs 10 crore were discovered from their hideouts on Monday. Previously, investment documents worth over Rs 40 crore were discovered in the Middle East. A substantial amount of seizure records are currently being scrutinised.
The Income Tax Department searched 35 Pampi Jain and Malik Group locations in Kanpur, Kannauj, Lucknow, Delhi, Mumbai, and Hathras, according to internet sources. 15 campuses, including Kanpur and Lucknow, have been investigated up to Saturday. Eight additional offices, godowns, and corporate offices were examined on Sunday.
During a news conference in connection with the raid on SP MLC Pushpraj Jain, Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav slammed the BJP government. In elections, the BJP, according to Akhilesh, also uses agencies. Akhilesh stated that information about raids had been coming in for several days. Raids against those who are linked to SP.
