Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi and Congress state president Navjot Singh Sidhu are holding election rallies continuously, but Rahul Gandhi will come to Punjab in the new year to form the official election conch for the Congress party. Rahul Gandhi will sound the election bugle by rallying in Moga. Congress party has started preparations for Rahul's rally. However, the date of the rally has not been decided yet as time has not been received from Rahul's office.

Congress state in-charge Harish Chaudhary has started holding meetings regarding Rahul's rally. Rahul Gandhi is coming to Punjab after 15 months. Earlier he had come to Moga in October 2020 to lead a tractor march against three agricultural laws. Now in 2022, he is coming to Moga to take part in the election rally of Congress. Even though a lot has changed between the election tours of 2020 and 2022, more or less this is the case.

Rahul will be responsible for the balance between CM and Sidhu
In 2020, Captain Amarinder Singh and Navjot Singh Sidhu were present as strong opponents on the stage of Badnikalan in Moga. So in 2022, Charanjit Singh Channi may have replaced the Captain, but Sidhu will still be present on the stage as an opponent of the Chief Minister. So once again it will be the responsibility of Rahul to strike a balance between the Chief Minister and Sidhu. Although Sidhu did not have any power in 2020, in 2022 Sidhu is the state president of Congress. Both the leaders are putting their faces in front of the election campaign.
