President Ram Nath Kovind reached Patna. He was welcomed at Patna airport by Bihar Governor Phagu Chauhan, CM Nitish Kumar, Deputy CM Tarkishore Prasad, and Renu Devi, Leader of the Opposition Tejashwi Yadav and many ministers. From the airport, the President has left for the Raj Bhavan. The President will attend the High-Tea along with the judges of the Patna High Court at the Raj Bhavan.
President Ram Nath Kovind's plane landed at Patna Airport at 12.56 am on Wednesday. At 1.12 pm, the convoy of the President left the airport for the Raj Bhavan, and at 1.17, he reached the Raj Bhavan. During this, the security personnel was alert from the airport to the Raj Bhavan. As soon as the President's convoy from the airport left for Raj Bhavan at 1.12 pm, traffic was stopped on the road concerned. The road on both sides of the main road in front of Patna Airport was closed for the general public.
The President will also attend the High-Tea along with the judges of the Patna High Court held at the Raj Bhavan. On October 21, the President is to attend the centenary celebrations of the Bihar Legislative Assembly. He will be the chief guest there. The President is also planning to plant a Bodhi tree in the assembly complex. Along with this, the foundation stone of the centenary year pillar will also be laid. After this, he will also attend a dinner party organized at the residence of the Speaker of the Bihar Legislative Assembly in the evening.
On October 22, he will visit Patna Mahavir Mandir and Patna City Gurudwara. However, after this, they will leave for Delhi from Patna at 11 am. President Ram Nath Kovind came to Patna in a special Air Force aircraft. After a three-day program, he will return to Delhi on October 22. During this, he has programs in different areas of Patna. All the security arrangements have been completed for his 46-hour journey to Patna.
