Punjab Congress Chief Navjot Sidhu, who showed enthusiasm in the drugs case of 6 thousand crores, may increase his troubles. The Advocate General of Haryana will hear the contention petition against him today. If approved from there, then the report will go to the High Court. If approved, a petition will be filed against Sidhu in the Punjab Haryana High Court. Haryana's lawyer Parmpreet Singh Bajwa has filed this contention. He has raised questions on Sidhu's tweet before every hearing of the drugs case in Punjab. Advocate Bajwa said that Sidhu is not only interfering in the work of the court but also giving direction.
Advocate Bajwa said that Sidhu says that he knows which leader is named in the report. He said that this report of the Punjab Special Task Force (STF) is lying sealed in the High Court. So how can Sidhu say such a thing? Do they already have a copy of the report? Sidhu says the report will be made public today. Making such remarks before the court's decision is an act of degrading.
Advocate Bajwa said that Haryana is also a party in this drug case. He is associated with Punjab and Haryana High Court. In such a situation, these statements of Sidhu are interfering in the case. That is why he has filed the petition. The Advocate General will prepare its report and send it to the High Court. Even there, if it is believed that this has caused deformation of the court, then further action will be taken in this matter.
