In Rajasthan, the confidence of the unemployed is rising due to recruitment. Reason- Despite the efforts of the government, paper leaks, dummy candidates and fake degree holders are not being stopped. In the last two and a half years, there has not been any major recruitment examination on which there has not been a big controversy. In the REET in Rajasthan held last month, a case of a paper leak came to the fore, while in the Patwari recruitment examination held three days ago, many dummy candidates were caught. The masterminds of both Bhajanlal and Ramlal are absconding.
At the same time, after the cases of fake degrees came to the fore in many recruitments, the selected candidates had to be excluded from the selection list. The government has recently announced to make the anti-copying law stricter, but even after 10 days, the ordinance file has not come out. Now the biggest challenge is to get the RAS recruitment done without controversy on Wednesday.
RPSC conducted the exam for 1051 posts. The interview got stuck for a year due to court and corona. The bribery scandal was exposed in the name of passing the interview. There was a dispute over the topper of education minister Dotasara's relatives. 4.97 lakh applications were received.
Staff Selection Board conducted the exam on 23rd and 24th October 2021 for 5378 posts. The issue of placing dummy candidates came to light across the state. More than 50 arrests have been made so far, mastermind Ramlal is absconding. A total of 15.62 lakh candidates applied.
The examination was conducted for 5438 posts on behalf of Police Headquarters. There was a big dispute regarding district-wise merit. The matter reached the High Court. Due to this the result of this recruitment got stuck for several days. A total of 17.50 lakh candidates had applied for the exam.
From September 13 to 15, SI was recruited for 859 posts from RPSC. There were allegations of paper leaks. Candidates are raising the demand for CBI inquiries. There were a total of 7 lakh candidates.
The Rajasthan Board conducted the exam on 26th September 2021. Paper leaked one and a half hours before the exam. So far 22 officers-employees have been sacked. The search for the kingpin continues. BJP is demanding a CBI inquiry. The government is adamant about the SOG probe. There were a total of 16.51 lakh candidates.
The selection board had to recruit 6 thousand posts. 24 thousand applications were received. Controversy arose over fake degrees. Result stuck. The exam took place on 24 February 2019.
Staff Selection Board conducted the exam for 533 posts but the paper was out on 6th December 2020. Again the exam took place on 12 September 2021. A total of 58,000 applications were received.
The recruitment was done for a total of 5 thousand posts. Earlier, 4% MBC and 10% EWS reservations were not applicable in the state. The government asked to create 14% additional posts in this recruitment. But later without increasing the post in it, 14% additional reservation was implemented. So 689 posts got cut. Even today the unemployed are struggling for this. A total of 4 lakh applications were received.
The paper of Librarian Recruitment Examination was held on 29 December 2019 for the recruitment of 700 posts conducted by Staff Selection Board. The paper for this recruitment was out two hours before the exam. Later the board also considered this paper out. The board had to conduct the exam again. This exam was held on 19th September 2020.
Pharmacist Recruitment was out on 1736 posts on behalf of the Selection Board. The date has been declared 5 times for the conduct of the examination of this recruitment. But the exam never happened. On the contrary, on the day of Dhan Teras last year, this recruitment itself was suddenly canceled saying that its process would be started afresh. But to date, the process has not started.
These three recruitments, fake degree dispute in all three – In view of Corona cases in the last year 2020, 1119 of Lab Technician, 1058 of Assistant Radiographer and 195 posts of ECG Technician were recruited by the Selection Board. But in all the three recruitments, the matter of selection of fake degree holders came to the fore. In the recruitment of Assistant Radiographers, 209 candidates had to be excluded from the selection list. Similarly, diplomas of many candidates were found to be fake in about 20 in Lab Technician Recruitment and in ECG Technician Recruitment too. In all three recruitments, many eligible candidates were not found for the posts in Rajasthan.
In June 2020, Medical Officer Recruitment was done on 2 thousand posts on behalf of RUHS. In this recruitment, the examination had to be canceled twice due to technical flaws in the online examination. RUHS finally got success for the third time.
In this recruitment conducted by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission, there was no controversy like a paper leak. But there was strong opposition to this recruitment without organizing a set in the state. Then after the examination, there were allegations of 200 questions out of 300 in a subject Political Science paper coming from the same guide. Due to this, this recruitment also could not escape the controversy.
