A large populated area Delhi is facing lots of stress due to a high number of Patients being Infected from Coronavirus. Serological survey work will begin from today to find out to what extent COVID-19 has spread in the national capital Delhi in the spurt in cases of Coronavirus infection. Due to increasing cases of Coronavirus infection in Delhi. Delhi is one of the most affected states of Corona. The purpose of this survey is to find out how much Coronavirus infection has spread in the community in Delhi.
Survey is a part of research where the government will find out how many people are Infected or which area is more Infected from covid-19. Serological survey is part of the covid-19 response plan and the authorities hope that will help in formulating a comprehensive strategy to fight the Coronavirus epidemic. The District Deputy Commissioners have been given the responsibility of monitoring the survey.
This survey will run from 27 June to 10 July. The survey is being conducted jointly by the National Center for Disease Control and the Health Department of the Government of Delhi.
Through this survey, a comprehensive analysis of covid-19 will be done in Delhi and it will also be helpful in creating a comprehensive strategy to deal with the global epidemic.
According to the official order, a total of 20,000 tests will be done in all the districts of Delhi. A Home Ministry spokesperson said in a tweet, "Survey work in Delhi will start from June 27. The training for all the concerned teams is completed tomorrow."
Including surveys by random sampling it will be assessed to what extent and where this virus has spread inside Delhi. Also through surveys researchers can also find out how many people are Infected positive or negative. One of the main reasons for conducting this survey is that people who get symptoms or who become serious, they get negative from positive by getting their tests done. So the main question is why it is happening by test only.
