After the World Cup, star footballer Cristiano Ronaldo plans to sign with Saudi Arabia's Al-Nassr, according to the Spanish newspaper Marca. According to the rumour, Ronaldo has decided to sign a contract of €500 million (£432 million) with the Saudi Arabian team.

Ronaldo has been given a two-and-a-half-year deal worth €200 million

According to the source, Ronaldo has been given a two-and-a-half-year deal worth €200 million (£173 million) per season.  After his contract with Manchester United was terminated last week, Ronaldo is looking for a new team. The 37-year-old player participated in a contentious interview with Piers Morgan earlier this month, which set off the entire incident.

Ronaldo left the team following a contentious interview in which he attacked the team, the Glazer family, and manager Erik ten Hag, saying he had "no regard" for either of them.

Ronaldo's added that he had no regard for Erik ten Hag

Cristiano is a very smart man who is well-versed in his field, Morgan remarked.

Ronaldo's added that he had no regard for Erik ten Hag and criticism of the club's hierarchy for neglecting to upgrade the training facility infuriated United.

Ronaldo, whose contract was worth more than £500,000 a week and still had seven months yet to run, was not compensated by United after leaving.
