South Africa Vs India: The men in blue side will take on South Africa in the two-match Test series. The first Test match will be played at SuperSport Park in Centurion. This match will be the Boxing Day test match, and it starts from Tuesday, 26th December 2023 to Saturday, 30th December 2023.

The 2nd and final red ball match between South Africa Vs India will be played at Newlands Stadium in Cape Town. The last match for India in South Africa tour will start from Wednesday, 3rd January 2024 to Sunday, 7th January 2024.

India has never won a Test series in South Africa, and this is a golden chance for Rohit Sharma and his men to create history in the Proteas Nation on this tour. When India toured in 2021/2022 series, they started the Test match series with a fantastic win.

But they couldn’t carry the winning momentum forward and they lost two back-to-back matches in that series and lost the red ball series by 1-2 margin.

That was the last Test series which was captained by Virat Kohli and since then Rohit Sharma has been the skipper of the men in blue side.

However, this time the men in blue side have started their tour of South Africa well. Before they head to the red ball format series, India had drawn the three match series of the T20 International format under Suryakumar Yadav and after the 2017/2018 tour, the Blues have won their second One-Day International series in the Proteas Nation on Thursday, 21st December 2023 under the leadership of KL Rahul.
