Anuj Dayal stated that following this integration, passengers will enjoy the convenience of booking Delhi Metro and bus tickets using a single app.

He mentioned that travellers will no longer have the hassle of using different apps for bus and metro schedules or contacting various sources for route-related information.

It is worth noting that Delhi Metro sees daily travel by millions of passengers, many of whom are daily commuters to and from offices.

While some passengers possess travel cards, many others need to purchase tickets, leading to long queues.
