Haryana Elections: AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal made a bold statement during a roadshow in Haryana, saying that no government can be formed in the state without the Aam Aadmi Party.

Kejriwal was addressing the crowd in Jagadhri, Yamunanagar. This marks his first political event after resigning from the post of Delhi Chief Minister.

On Friday, the AAP national convener held a roadshow in Haryana's Jagadhri Assembly. This was Kejriwal's first political appearance after stepping down as Delhi CM.

Over the next two weeks, Kejriwal is expected to lead roadshows for more than 10 AAP candidates across Haryana.

'You Can Break Anyone, But Not a Haryana Native': Kejriwal

While addressing the crowd in the Jagadhri Assembly, Arvind Kejriwal said, "Greetings to the people of Jagadhri. They (BJP) falsely imprisoned me in a fake case, as you all must have seen. I was in jail for five months. They tried hard to break me in prison and didn't even give me the basic facilities provided to a regular inmate."

He added, "They wanted to break me, but they don’t know that I am from Haryana. The blood of Haryana runs through my veins. You may be able to break anyone, but you can't break someone from Haryana. Every child of Haryana will seek revenge for what they did to me. They (BJP) sent me to jail, but now the people of Haryana will send them out of the state."

Will Return as CM Only if Public Trusts Me: Arvind Kejriwal

Arvind Kejriwal said, "I could have easily stayed in the Chief Minister's seat. Just as Goddess Sita had to undergo a trial by fire after Lord Ram returned from 14 years of exile, Kejriwal will also go through his own trial by fire. These people accuse me of being corrupt and dishonest. I told the people of Delhi, 'I am resigning, and if you believe that Kejriwal is a thief, don’t vote for me. But if you think Kejriwal is honest, only then cast your vote for me.'"

He further added, "If the people of Delhi believe that Arvind Kejriwal is honest and re-elect me, only then will I sit in the Chief Minister's chair again. Otherwise, I won’t. I don’t think any other leader has ever had the courage to take such a stand."

No Government Without AAP Support in Haryana

Kejuwal stated, "In Delhi, we have transformed government schools and put an end to the bullying of private schools. Forget about the last 10 years—if Kanwar Pal has done even one thing for Jagadhri, let me know. Why do you continue to vote for him? Jagadhri used to be a hub for brass utensils, but the BJP has brought you corruption, unemployment, inflation, and drug issues for children."

He boldly claimed that any government formed in Haryana will not be possible without the support of the Aam Aadmi Party. "The number of seats for the Aam Aadmi Party is significant; I have calculated that no government will be able to stand without our support. Adarsh Pal will be the first to win from Jagadhri across Haryana."
