The discovery of a deceased Dalit girl, who had been missing for two days, in a well in Bhilapada of Todabhim sub-division area in Rajasthan's Karauli district has sparked an atmosphere of fear and anger among the local residents.

Concerns have grown as Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Kirori Lal Meena personally visited the district hospital in Hindaun.

In addition, Karauli-Dhaulpur MP Manoj Rajoria has written a letter to Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, urging immediate action and compensation amounting to Rs. 50 Lakh.

Meanwhile, Rajsamand MP Diya Kumari and Bharatpur MP Ranjeeta Koli joined a sit-in protest today (July 14), under the leadership of MP Dr. Kirori Lal Meena, to demand justice in this case.

MP Dr. Rajoria Addressed the Incident Through a Video Release

While on an official tour of the Parliamentary Committee to Jharkhand, MP Dr. Rajoria addressed the incident through a video release, stating, "I am currently out of the state, but upon learning about the incident, I immediately contacted the District Collector and Superintendent of Police (S.P.). I sought information regarding this heinous crime and instructed them to apprehend the perpetrators without delay.

Furthermore, I have written a letter to Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and Director General of Police, Rajasthan Police Umesh Mishra, urging prompt action in this matter and requesting compensation of Rs. 50 lakh to the victim's family."

Addressing the concerning rise in crimes, particularly against women, MP Dr. Rajoria said, "Crimes are escalating across the entire state, including my parliamentary constituency, and the police administration seems incapable of curbing them and delivering justice."

He further drew attention to a previous murder case involving Mona, a daughter from the Mandrayal sub-division in Karauli district.

In response to this incident, Dr. Rajoria also staged a sit-in protest alongside the victim's family.

During the demonstration, they urged the administration to provide information on the case within 15 days. However, the police have failed to disclose any details of the incident to this day.

MP Manoj Rajoria Raises Concerns over Police Inaction

MP Manoj Rajoria expressed grave details about the horrific crime committed against a Dalit girl in the Todabhim sub-division area. According to the initial findings from the post-mortem examination, it appears that the victim, a Dalit girl, was subjected to a brutal gang rape before being shot in the chest.

Furthermore, there are indications that an attempt was made to disfigure her face with acid. The girl had been reported missing by her mother two days prior, who had approached the police seeking help.

Unfortunately, her plea was not taken seriously, and she was turned away by the policemen.
