In a significant development, the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has decided to cancel the General Knowledge Group-A and Group-B tests of the leaked Senior Teacher Competitive Exam 2022 paper.
As a result, the General Knowledge Group-A exam will now be conducted on the morning of July 30, 2023. After this, there will be a General Knowledge Group-B exam on the same day in the evening.
This decision has been made in light of ensuring fairness and maintaining the integrity of the examination process.
In the Senior Teacher Competitive Examination 2022 paper leak case, SOG has submitted a challan.
A chargesheet has been filed against RPSC members Vijay Katara, Babulal Katara, and Gopal Singh, the driver.
It has been revealed that Sher Singh, the mastermind behind the operation, employed the services of Ramgopal and Arun to engage with the students.
As per the SOG's chargesheet, Ramgopal and Arun approached the students at the request of Master Mind Sher Singh in relation to the senior teacher paper leak case.
Ramgopal and Arun successfully retrieved money from 50 students. After that, batches of 25-25 students were created. However, despite their involvement, Arun and Ramgopal were not provided with the papers.
This decision was influenced by Sher Singh's desire to prevent the distribution of papers to anyone else.
To ensure this, Sher Singh personally visited both locations to meet the students. Instead of giving the students physical copies of the papers, Sher Singh directly provided them with the answers.
In a significant development, Babulal Katara and his driver Gopal Singh were apprehended at their respective residences by the Special Operations Group (SOG) in connection with the senior teacher paper leak case. It has been alleged that Babulal Katara was involved in the sale of the leaked paper to Master Mind Sher Singh.
Furthermore, ASP Kumar from the ATS detained Vijay Katara at his residence in Rampur, located in the Dungarpur district.
Sher Singh Meena was apprehended by the SOG from Odisha. Sher Singh, who had a reward of Rs 1 lakh on his head, was a key figure in the investigation.
