Renowned motivational speaker Vivek Bindra is facing legal trouble as he is accused of assaulting his wife. The complaint has been filed by his brother-in-law in Noida Sector 126, detailing the incident that occurred at Supernova West Residency in Sector 94.
A video of the altercation involving Vivek Bindra has surfaced. According to the police, after the assault, the woman was under treatment at a private hospital in Delhi for several days.
Allegations suggest that the assault was so severe that the eardrum of the woman was ruptured. The police are investigating the matter, considering all aspects.
Additionally, a video of the altercation between Vivek Bindra and his wife has also come to light. In this video, he can be seen forcefully engaging with his wife at the main gate of their society.
The complainant, Vaibhav Kwatra, the brother of the victimized wife, provided a statement to the police stating that his sister's marriage to Vivek Bindra took place on 6/12/2023 at LaLiT Mangar Hotel in Noida.
On the morning of 7/12/2023, between 2:30 and 3:00 a.m., Vivek Bindra, was involved in a heated argument with his mother, Prabha.
Concerned about this, Vaibhav's sister, Yanika, intervened. In response, Vivek Bindra forcibly closed the room, verbally abused Yanika, and subjected her to severe physical assault.
This resulted in injuries all over her body, with particular damage to her ear, rendering her unable to hear.
Yanika is currently undergoing treatment at Kailash Deepak Hospital in Delhi.
