TBSE 10th result 2020: Result Released, check through Direct Link

The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) has released the class 10th result today. The result was released at exactly 9 am.

Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) has announced the results of Secondary (Class 10th). The results have been released on the official websites tbresults.tripura.gov.in The board announced the result at around 9.45 AM. This time, 69.49 per cent of students have been successful in the Tripura Secondary Examination. Deepayab Debnath topped with 97.6 per cent mark.

Students appear this year

By combining both new and old syllabus, this time around 39 thousand students and students had appeared in the Tripura Board Secondary Examination. The examination was taken from 3 March. Some remaining papers of 10th and 12th were postponed due to coronavirus and lockdown, whose examination was later canceled.

Why the Exams Cancel

Following the cancellation of CBSE Board and ICSE Board exams, the Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) has decided to cancel all the pending Madhyamik Board Exams for class 10 students. The TBSE Madhyamik Exam 2020 was to be held from March 2 to March 31, 2020.
The decision, confirmed by State Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath comes in the wake of coronavirus pandemic, TBSE president Dr. Bhabatosh Saha has also confirmed that the revised evaluation scheme for the cancelled papers will soon be notified by the board.

Last Year Result

Last year (2019), 65% of the students were successful in the Tripura Board Secondary Examination. The 53 schools in the state had 100 per cent pass percentage. At the same time, there were 34 schools where 100 percent of students failed. Tathagata Dutt became the topper with 481 points.
