Indian hackers are far ahead in finding flaws in Facebook and other apps. One such Indian hacker Rahul Kankrale, has exposed the big drawback of Facebook. Rahul hails from Shirdi and has done diploma in Computer Science.
After finding serious flaws in Facebook, Facebook has given reward under Bug Bounty Program. During a conversation with Since Indepence Tech, he told that due to this serious flaw of Facebook, crores of Facebook users could be affected.

Facebook has now rectified this flaw and has received a reward of about $ 33000 (about Rs. 23.63 lakh) for it. Not only this, Google has also rewarded them for finding the same flaw in the Facebook app. Significantly, this flaw of Facebook was in the Android smartphone.
In Facebook Permissions, he has found a flaw with a Russian hacker Dmitry Lukyanenko and for this he has got 7,500 dollars.
According to Rahul, through this drawback, he bypassed Android permission for Facebook app. Generally, the app is designed with some custom permissions so that the function of third party apps can be allowed to access permissions. Rahul says that there were some mistakes regarding permission in Facebook's main app, due to which he could make video calling with any Facebook user without his permission.
For example, you have Facebook app and someone sends you a link and as soon as you click on this link, the next person can see you from your front camera and you will not even be aware of this, because this work was being done without any messenger interaction.
Such a flaw can prove more serious about privacy, because it can easily access the front camera. The disturbing thing is that the target user is not even aware that someone is watching them.
Significantly, Android is designed in such a way that they can do inter app communication with other permitted apps. It is also called as inter process communication. A similar mechanism also exists between Facebook and Messenger apps running on Android.
