Google is going to launch its flagship smartphone Pixel-7 series and Pixel Watch today i.e. on Thursday (October 6). Pixel-7, Pixel-7 Pro, Pixel Watch, and many other products will also be launched today at 7:30 pm (Indian time) at the Made by Google event in New York.

With the launch, the Pixel-7 series, Pixel Watch, and other products will also be made available for pre-booking in India. Apart from this, live streaming of the event can also be seen on the company's official website GoogleStore.com, Twitter and Facebook handle.

California-based tech giant Google has already revealed the design of the Pixel-7 series and Pixel Watch in several trailers and teasers. Now today Google will reveal the features, specifications, and price of the Pixel-7, Pixel-7 Pro, and Pixel Watch at the event. Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro are being launched as an upgrade to Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro.

Possible Specifications of Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro

The specifications of the Google Pixel 7 series were leaked earlier this week. As per the leaked specifications, the next-gen Google Custom Tensor G2 SoC and Titan-M2 security co-processor can be found on both the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro phones.

  • Google Pixel 7 series smartphones will be available with 128GB and 256GB storage options. However, the Pixel 7 can get 8GB of RAM, while the Pixel 7 Pro can get 12GB of RAM.

  • Pixel 7 has a 6.3-inch Full HD + display, which has a refresh rate of 90Hz. In which 1080×2400 pixel resolution will be seen. It will also have an AMOLED panel. The dual camera unit in the rear of the smartphone can be found in the first 50-megapixel camera and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera.

  • On the other hand, the Pixel 7 Pro can get a 6.7-inch QHD + LTPO AMOLED display, which will have a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. Which will have a 1440×3120 pixels resolution. This phone will work on the Android-13 operating system.

  • Talking about the camera, the Pixel 7 Pro can get a triple rear camera with an additional 48-megapixel telephoto camera. Which 50-megapixel main sensor and 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens will also be available.

  • The Pixel 7 will have a 50-megapixel main sensor and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens, but will not get a telephoto lens. Both the Pixel-7 and Pixel-7 Pro phones can have a 10.8-megapixel sensor for the selfie camera.

  • A fingerprint scanner and face unlock feature for authentication can be found in the variants of the Pixel-7 series. Both Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro smartphones can get an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.

  • Also, the company can provide dual sim support in Pixel-7. A 4700 mAh battery can be given in this phone, which will come with a 30-watt fast charger.

Pixel 7 series starting price of Rs 48,000

According to the latest leak, Google Pixel Watch could be equipped with a quick pairing feature and ECG tracking. This smartwatch will get the protection of Corning Gorilla Glass. It can also get 5 ATM water resistance.

With this watch, users can also get a 6-month subscription to Fitbit Premium along with the wearable. Many other great features like sleep monitoring, heart rate tracking, ECG tracking, and emergency mode can also be found in Pixel Watch.
