The entire world is struggling against the coronavirus havoc. At the same time, scientists and researchers from many countries of the world are trying to develop the Corona vaccine and medicine. Meanwhile, scientists at Imperial College London will begin immunizing people in the UK this week with an experimental vaccine for the coronavirus. This is a new attempt to find an effective vaccine to stop the global epidemic.

The British government said in a statement on Monday that about 300 healthy people would be immunized with two doses of a potential vaccine developed at Imperial. To develop this vaccine, the government has given an amount of 387.88 million ($ 5.1 million). Developed at Imperial College London, this potential vaccine has so far only been tested on animals and in laboratories where it has produced antibodies at a higher level than what is commonly seen in an infected person. Many scientists have warned that this global pandemic can only be prevented with effective vaccines, which can normally take several years to develop.

Robin Shattock, who is leading the vaccine research, said, 'In the long term, a viable vaccine will be important to protect the most vulnerable people, which will ease restrictions and help people return to normal life.' About a dozen potential vaccines are currently being in an initial stage of trails. There is no guarantee that anyone will work, but there is an increasing expectation that some vaccines will be ready by the end of the year.
