The central government has released guidelines for Unlock 2.0 starting July 1. Since the Center, the Government of Uttar Pradesh has now released the Unlock 2.0 Guideline for the state. The government of Uttar Pradesh has not relaxed anything under Unlock 2.0 in Uttar Pradesh. The new rules have given some relief to the people, while no relief has been given in the Containment Zone.
The state government has said that training institutes will be open from July 15. But they will need to follow rules designed to protect against coronavirus. Officials said that central and state government training institutes will be open from July 15. It will be necessary to follow the rules of social distancing there. Everyone has to wear masks, performing sanitation.
A notice issued by the state government said that shops could be opened under Unlock 2.0. However, no more than five people will be allowed to stay at the shop at one time. From those working in the shop to the customers coming, it will be necessary to follow social distancing.
Many schools, colleges and coaching institutes in the state were preparing to start teaching work from July 1, but the state government has decided to keep it closed as before. The government has said that schools, colleges, coaching and other educational institutions will remain closed until July 31 as before.
According to the new guidelines, the cinema hall, metro, swimming pool, entertainment park, theatre, assembly hall and auditorium will remain closed. Unlock 2.0 will remain in effect until 31 July. A decision will be made after July 31 to open all of these.
The new guidelines have reduced the night curfew by an hour. Night curfews will now be applicable from 10 a.m. to 5 a.m. People are not allowed to come out after this duration except in emergency cases.
It has been said by the state government that at present trains and domestic flights will be run in a sequential manner. Officials said that it will be decided to increase the number of domestic flights gradually, given the conditions. Along with this, this rule is applicable to trains also. At the same time, international flights will remain suspended for the time being.
