The last Grand Slam event of the year, US Open has been announced. The US Open will be played in August this year. New York Governor Andrew Cuomo gave its permission on Tuesday. This permission was granted as part of the process of opening a lockdown implemented to prevent corona infection.

The US Tennis Federation had expressed its intention to hold the tournament without an audience, but they were waiting for consent. Professional tennis tournaments have been closed since March due to the epidemic. The US Open will be played from 31 August to 13 September.

French Open postponed:

It will be held after the US Open from 20 September to 4 October. Many players expressed their displeasure at the postponement of the tournament.

The third Grand Slam of the year, Wimbledon, was canceled due to the outbreak of the Corona epidemic. For the first time in 74 years, it was decided to cancel the tournament. The prestigious tournament was to be held in London from 28 June to 11 July.
