The Madras Court has approved the Flax Boards to welcome Chinese President Xi Jinping coming to India. The Madras High Court has approved the approval of the Central and Tamil Nadu government to install flex boards from Chennai Airport to Mahabalipuram. After the death of a 23-year-old female engineer, the High Court had refused to place banners, hoardings, flax boards, etc. in the state.
Chinese President is visiting India. He will visit Mahabalipuram near Chennai with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the second week of October. During this, the two leaders will meet during an informal summit. This is the second informal meeting between the two leaders. However, the dates of the meeting for India are yet to be formally announced.
Prime Minister Modi and Xi Jinping will meet in the Tamil Nadu city of Mahabalipuram. Mahabalipuram is also ready to welcome it. The security system has been tightened here, along with water sports activities have been banned on the shores. For this, special arrangements are being made for security within a radius of 20 km from Kovalam to Mahabalipuram. During this period no surfing, paddling, diving or swimming will be allowed.
The Chinese delegation has been made aware of all the arrangements before this informal meeting. A media report was quoted as saying that recently a meeting between officials of the Ministry of External Affairs and the Government of Tamil Nadu was held in Chennai.
