Harish Rawat's leave from the post of in-charge of Punjab Congress is almost fixed. Congress has made up its mind that Harish Chaudhary should be put in charge in his place. He has been camping in Chandigarh for a few days. Although Harish Rawat himself is seeking leave from this post, it can be called a formality.
Rawat wrote in the tweet that today I have recovered from a big humiliation. On one hand, my duty is for Janmabhoomi and on the other hand my services for Karma Bhoomi Punjab, the situation are getting more complicated. Because as soon as elections come, one will have to give full time at both the places.
Rawat further wrote that the havoc caused by the unseasonal rains in Uttarakhand, I was able to go to some places, but wanted to go everywhere to wipe my tears. But the call of duty has raised other expectations from me. If I do justice to Janmabhoomi, then only I will be able to do justice to Karmabhoomi. I am very grateful to the Punjab Congress and the people of Punjab for their continuous blessings and moral support. He has a deep emotional attachment to the land of saints, gurus, the land of Nanak Dev Ji and Guru Gobind Singh Ji. He has decided to pray to the leadership that for the next few months I can be completely dedicated to Uttarakhand. Therefore, I should be relieved of my present responsibility in Punjab. Order of the party leadership requested Harish Rawat.
Harish Chaudhary is on duty to resolve the ongoing dispute between Chief Minister Charanjit Channi and Navjot Sidhu and he has also held meetings for it. But Harish Rawat has now distanced himself from it. It is being said that the Congress high command already wants Rawat to be removed from the post of Punjab Congress in charge due to the controversy arising out of his statements and Capt Amarinder's failure to resolve the matter properly. That is why some time ago Harish Chaudhary started being included in the meetings with him. Choudhary earlier worked together and is now handling the affairs of Full Flash Punjab. That is why it is expected that he can be put in charge of Punjab affairs.
Harish Rawat was asked to resolve the estrangement between Captain Amarinder Singh and other leaders. But he could not succeed in it. Later, on his request, Sidhu was made the head. The Captain was removed from the post of Chief Minister. But instead of resolving the dispute, it kept on increasing. After Charanjit Channi became the Chief Minister, Harish Rawat made a statement that the next election would be fought under the leadership of Navjot Sidhu. Congress leaders raised questions on this. Now that Charanjit Channi was made the Chief Minister, the Congress is still divided into several factions.
