The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has extended the launch date of PSLV-47 carrying Cartoset from 25 November to 27 November. The launch is to take place from the Satish Dhawan International Space Center at Sri Harikota. Along with this, 13 small commercial satellites of America will also be launched.

According to the information, the satellite will be launched with the help of Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV-C47). It will now be launched on November 27 at 9:28 am. The launching is to take place from the Satish Dhawan Space Center in Sriharikota. ISRO said that it will be the 74th launching from this space station. The deal to launch 13 US satellites has been signed by the state-run NewSpace India Ltd, which operates under the Department of Space.

Cartosat-3 is an advanced surveillance satellite. It is the ninth satellite in the Cartosat series. It will be placed in an orbit 450 km above the Earth. It has a very high quality camera. It is being told that with its help, the time of the clock tied on one's hand on the earth can also be seen accurately. The camera of this satellite is so powerful that it can take clear pictures up to a height of 0.25 meters i.e. 9.84 inches on the ground from space.
