For this SIT will be formed. Senior state cadre officers will be a part of this SIT. The court said in its decision that the CBI will investigate cases of more importance, including unnatural death, murder and rape, while the investigation of comparatively less important cases will be with the SIT.
The number of people who got the corona test done in the country has crossed 50 crores. ICMR said that in August, on average, more than 17 lakh people were tested every day. In the last 55 days, more than ten crore people were tested.

The External Affairs Minister further said that in March this year, India had provided 2 lakh corona vaccines to UN peacekeeping personnel across the world as part of its commitment to 'protect the defenders'. He said that India is playing a very important role in international peace and security.
