Under the Prime Minister's Poor Welfare Scheme for migrant workers, over 90,000 man-days of employment have been created by the Indian Railways so far and over 328 crore rupees have been paid for it.
Migrant workers who returned to their home state of Satna, Madhya Pradesh, gave an attractive look at the country's modern train Vande Bharat Express by painting it on a village school building. This gave employment to the workers, their work will also increase the attraction of the students towards school. Field level officials on the railway have been instructed to keep in touch with local administration and gram panchayats.
Upon entering the school, it feels as if you are going to board the Vande Bharat Express. The entire school classroom is painted blue and white by the Vande Bharat Express. Work is being done under the Poor Welfare Scheme.
The school is also named Vande Bharat School. It is located in Jiganhat in Satna district of Madhya Pradesh. The school gate has also been painted blue and has been written on the Vande Bharat Express School Jiganhat, District Satna (Madhya Pradesh). With the help of migrant labourers, the work of railway projects will be expedited and will provide work opportunities to the unemployed labourers.
The Vande Bharat Express is also known as Train 18 and is an indigenously designed train. It is a unique train that has ushered in a new era in travel technology for the Indian Railways.
Bharat Express or Train 18 is the first engineless train in India. So far, trains in India have had a separate engine coach, while Train 18 has integrated engines like Bullet and Metro trains.
