According to the information given by the Indian Railways, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the newly constructed five-star hotel and many other big projects above the redeveloped Gandhinagar railway station on Friday. At the redeveloped Gandhinagar Rajdhani station, special lighting arrangements have been made to provide a better experience to the passengers.
According to the information, PM Modi will also flag off Gandhinagar-Varanasi weekly superfast train and Gandhinagar-Varetha MEMU train during the virtual event. Many officials including Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav, Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani will be present at a function in Gandhinagar.
Indian Railways has surprised everyone by building a five-star hotel on the railway track at Gandhinagar Capital Railway Station in Gujarat. This railway station comes under the Western Railway Zone of Indian Railways. In the information given by the Indian Railways, it has been told that this luxury hotel will have 318 rooms and will be operated by a private organization. According to the information, this hotel is spread over 7,400 square meters and it has been built at a cost of ₹ 790 crores.
It is being told that a prayer and baby feeding room has also been built in this luxury hotel of Indian Railways with state-of-the-art facilities. At present, this hotel will host national and international guests. At the same time, a gate has been built inside the station, with the help of which passengers will be able to go directly inside the hotel. Along with this, the facility of lift and escalator has also been provided in the hotel, which has been built near the main gate at the station.
