Shweta Hooda has won the gold medal in the World Equestrian Championship held in Delhi. Shweta Hooda is the wife of former MP Deepender Singh Hooda. She became the first female horserider to win gold at the World Championships. Her achievement has illuminated the name of Haryana as well as Rajasthan all over the world. She did amazing success by performing well. Her speed during this competition was worth watching.

Horseriders from more than 50 countries participated in the Dressage World Challenge 2019 Championship organized by the Indian Equestrian Federation on 2 November in Delhi. Shweta Mirdha Hooda also took part from India in this competition. She performed better, securing the gold medal, scoring 62.426 points. The second position was held by MS Rathore, who scored 62.353. The results of this competition were declared on Tuesday, where Shweta Hooda was awarded the Gold Medal with a certificate. Shweta Hooda has a passion for horse riding since childhood and has been taking part in competitions since childhood. She herself has a horse.

Shweta Mirdha Hooda has won medals in many competitions including Gold Medal in National in 2014, Silver Medal in 2018 Senior World Challenge Dresses Replays, Two National Gold Medals in 2018 and Gold Medal in World Challenge Dresses in 2019. She is very happy with this achievement and gives credit to both the families. Despite being in a political family, she was able to participate in the competition.
