For the past several days, the country's opposition parties have been demonstrating, violence and fussing through untrue, rumor and propaganda about NRC i.e. 'National Citizen Register' and CAA i.e. 'Citizenship Amendment Act'. This is hurting the internal peace, unity-integrity and harmony of the country. Some countrymen are becoming confused and becoming the medium of their political self-realization.
The propaganda system of the opposition is playing a big role in fueling the matter. It is provoking the indigenous people by showing fear of participation of Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Christians and Zoroastrians who have acquired citizenship under this law in the land, resources-employment, employment-trade as a basis of opposition to the Citizenship Amendment Act in Northeast India. Apart from this, fear of ending the uniqueness of their language, culture, food, customs, etc. is also being shown.
Non-BJP governments have been responsible for the misdeeds of settling these intruders on the land and resources of India. They have done this continuously under the policy of Muslim appeasement and vote bank politics. This is also the real reason for the violence and unrest they are provoking. This National Citizen Register is being updated to meet the Supreme Court's directives and the expectations and aspirations of the people of Assam. After Assam, the Government of India is also committed to implement it across the country so that the problem of intruders can be tackled at the national level as well.
The government has made a policy that people will also be given a fair chance to present their claim and go to court and foreign tribunal for redressal of objections. The NRC will be finally released only after their claims and objections are settled. It is the constitutional duty of the Government of India not to deprive any Indian citizen of citizenship. There will be no discrimination on the basis of any caste, religion, region. Also, identifying illegal intruders and not allowing them to become a burden on national resources is also the duty and responsibility of the government. It is unfortunate that the governments so far have failed to discharge their duties. Today a large number of intruders are present in the country who are consuming national resources and are also involved in various types of criminal and illegal activities.
Some political parties want to deprive the country's young generation of India's land, resources, education, health, employment and trade. This is the reason why the younger generation of the country has to understand these conspiracies and stay away from the propaganda and rumors being spread in relation to mandatory and India friendly laws like 'National Civil Register' and 'Citizenship Amendment Act-2019'. Opposition parties should focus on building the country instead of spoiling the country.
