Comedian Kapil Sharma has revealed in an interview that while he was battling depression during 2017-2018, his wife Ginni Chatrath supported him the most. Kapil also said that he did not know that he was surrounded by depression.
Kapil said, then at that time you do not feel anything, do not know any change because everything seems negative. I don't know which chemical is released in the brain that you cannot think anything positive. But my family supported me a lot during that time. Especially my wife Ginni. He knew very well what was happening in my life. No one could understand my condition except him.
Kapil further said, my mother, did not know anything about mental illness and depression. She is a small village lady. Not only my mother but I also had no idea about depression.
