Researchers at the University of New South Wales in Sydney found that the drug called Flubendazole stopped tumor growth in rats. This resulted in research done by the University of New South Wales and American scientists for 3 years.
Leoan Khachigian, a leading study author, said that he was surprised to see the results of the research. He said that although flubendazole is an old medicine, it has not yet been tested for the treatment of 'melanoma' in humans.
