Bangladesh Unrest: Following widespread violent protests in Bangladesh, Sheikh Hasina has resigned from her position as Prime Minister and left the country.

Her plane has landed at Hindon Airbase in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. According to sources, Sheikh Hasina's plane will undergo refuelling there before she proceeds to London.

Sheikh Hasina Meets Ajit Doval

According to sources, after arriving in India, Sheikh Hasina met with India's National Security Advisor, Ajit Doval. Ajit Doval was the one who received Sheikh Hasina at the Hindon Airbase.

Sheikh Hasina May Head to London

Sources had indicated that Sheikh Hasina would land in India with plans for refuelling. After refueling at Hindon Airbase, her aircraft is expected to depart from India.

Reports suggest that a second refueling might occur in Gulf countries, particularly Saudi Arabia, before continuing on to London.

According to top Air Force sources, Sheikh Hasina's aircraft landed at Hindon Airbase at 5:45 PM.

Security Agencies Monitored Sheikh Hasina's Aircraft

According to reports, Indian security agencies were tracking the C-130 aircraft with the call sign AJAX1431 from a distance of 10 kilometres from the Indian border with Bangladesh.

It was noted that Sheikh Hasina and some members of her entourage were on this aircraft. The Bangladeshi Air Force plane travelled through states such as Jharkhand and Bihar before arriving in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Situation to Normalize by Night: Bangladesh Army Chief

According to Reuters, Bangladesh's Army Chief has stated that there is no need to impose an emergency or curfew in the country.

The Army Chief also mentioned that a resolution to the situation will be found by tonight, Monday. He has urged all students to remain calm and return to their homes.
