Two brothers in Shahdara in the capital of Delhi killed the third brother for the property. The accused brothers had beaten his elder brother so cruel that he was taken to a hospital in a wounded condition. But during the treatment, he died in the hospital.
Virendra owned an electronic showroom with his family in Gorakh Park in Shahdara district. There was a dispute about his property from his brother's Ajay and Raj Sharma. The brothers said that they also have the right in the ancestral house. They should also have a share in the showroom.
However, the afflicted family says that due to the actions of the brothers, his grandfather had ejected him from Property.
It is said that this was not the only reason for the bad relationship with the brothers. Rahul, son of the deceased, says that even from the bank, both his uncle have taken a loan of about 200 crores in a fraudulent. Which they are unable to pay. In order to repay this loan, his eyes were always kept on the property of his elder brother.
Due to this property dispute, on April 21, the brothers stormed their elder brother, Virendra, with sharp weapons. In which he was badly injured. He was rushed to GTB Hospital in a critical condition. After seeing his delicate condition, he was taken to Max Hospital. Despite all the efforts, after two days, he finally died.
The victim family, while making serious allegations of police action, said that they had lodged a complaint of threatening by the brothers in the police earlier, but the police never took it seriously. However, no serious action has been taken against the accused after lodging a complaint. But after the death of the victim, the police has registered a murder case, but the accused are still out of the police custody.
